About Retreat
One Day Retreat – Rest, Relax, Refresh, Recharge
Are you tired? Well, we all get tired after working hard at something. However, if you do not take a break to rest you may end up stressed, burnt-out and exhausted, which will result in you being less productive and less enthusiastic about work and life in general.
Taking time out has always been a vital part of improving the quality of life, refreshing our understanding of events and re-charging the spirit. But sadly no matter how stressed most of us may be, time for a break is the last thing we believe we have because of our very tight schedule.
This is why a One Day Retreat has been created for you to completely relax, let go of worldly concerns, and connect more deeply with who you truly are and with what breathes and sustains you.
We believe with a great Retreat Host and Conducive Venue, only a breakthrough experience awaits you.
